creation of a nation: let there be a hung parliament

1:1 - In the beginning the forefathers created this nation

1:2 - And the nation was firstly without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of nation moved upon the face of them.

1:3 - And I said, let there be a hung parliament: and there was a hung parliament

1:4 - And I saw the the leaders of the hung parliament, and it was good; and the nation no more in the darkness

1:30 - And to every man in the nation, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creep upon the earth, wherein there is life, they must be given their right fairly and it was so

1:31 - And I saw every thing that took place, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning of the hung parliament were the good day
